The company has 50 full-time employees of extremely high quality covering management, accounting and administration, engineering & project management, site supervisors, foremen, leading hands, labourers, trades (drain layers, builders, plumbers & gas fitters), operators and drivers. MARCH also has full-time workshop staff covering plant management, yard management, mechanics and welders.

Staff training is the way the company reinvests in this most important resource. All employees have the opportunity to up-skill through both outsourced programs and practical training on the job. Younger employees are brought up through the ranks training under senior staff, younger employees are encouraged to study through Infratrain for their National Certificates as Civil Foremen & Supervisors etc. All employees are regularly trained in various health & safety matters. Engineering, project management and administration staff have regular training through IPENZ, Canterbury Chamber of Commerce and ICANZ.
